Why does it work? Because it extends Valentine’s Day, making your valentine feel special everyday and because it builds anticipation. Your sweetie can’t wait to see what you have prepared for the two of you on Valentine’s Day.

Valentine Race: Wake your loved one on Valentine’s morning and after saying “I love you”, the magic 3 little words, tell him/her of the love race that you prepared a couple of days before. And starting from point zero, with a clue given by you, your sweetie must find the way through the house, or town to find clue after clue untill they reach the final love destination: You. You can set up valentine notes in their bedroom telling them where to go from there, speak with a common friend and make him hold the next love clue, send your loved one to the place you first saw eachother hiding a note in a tree, or giving it to the bartender, depending on the location, hiding another love clue under his car, or bike, and other things like these. Maybe you would like to send your special one on a plasure hunt on Valentine’s Day, going from the spa, to the restaurant to you in a hotel room.
Why does it work? Because everyone like a race, they can’t help wondering what would be the final prize, because it raises your adrenaline levels and that makes you feel more inlove then ever.
Valentine’s Day Idea # 3
Most of you maybe like romantic and quiet times together but because the phone always rings, friends or family always come uninvited, it just seems you can’t get that perfect time only for the two of you. So, try considering going to the mountains, or just planning a trip anywhere where it will be just the two of you. Or even stay in town, but take the time to relax, to go shopping toghether for your valentine’s day gifts, have brunch at a local restaurant, maybe go play tennis or some other fun game, go to a movie or play pool or bowling but remember: the key of this idea is to have at least two days (think of the night between) only for you. This should make you partner feel very special and it works because you focus all your attention on your valentine.
